Snow.... It sucks.

Snow is evil. It is wet, it is cold, and worst of all, it is heavy. the only good thing about snow is it is fun to play in. Other than that, it is pure evil.
Recently we watched the Bourne trilogy, plus the other one with Hawkeye in it. I liked them, Morgan thought they were scary. I found the one with Hawkeye really interesting, because of the whole viral engineering thing. I have always found Virology and Genetic Engineering interesting. Combined, they are double interesting! I am going to have to look into this. I read a book like it, it was called Virals, by Kathy Reichs. It was so cool. But yeah. I have a weird interest in diseases. And, this follows along with my Zombie Apocalypse Plan!
I scare my mother with the fact that I actively am planing a zombie apocalypse. But hey, what can I say, I just love genetics. It's so awesome. Just think! we could make all kinds of super natural creatures with Virology and Genetics! Werewolves, Vampires, Zombies, all sorts of things! But of course those pesky Ethics laws get in the way. Oh well, my evil sciencing will have to be put on hold, (Goodness, I sound like Jeanie) and so I will purse some other great thing. Art!
I must go now, Bye!

Family

Tonight, Morgan was cooking dinner and when ever Jj and I came in the kitchen, she gave us the evil eye. So Jj and I stood at the entry of the kitchen and shook our fists around and yelled "Protest!" Daddy, who was helping Morgan looked at us and said, "overruled" JJ and I kept protesting, but we ended up giving up when Jj asked what was wrong with us. My response: "where do we start?"
I love my family :)
Good Morning my fellow humans. Today is Tuesday, if you were not aware. Not sure how you wouldn't be aware of this, unless you're a hermit. In the news today, I wasn't paying attention because I was reading Insurgent. It is a good book. Pansy cake. I quite enjoyed it. Now if only detergent would come out. Then life would be ok. Actually, that is a lie. I need City of Heavenly Fire to come out too. And Clockwork Princess. and the next Bloodlines. and House of Hades. and several other books. But that is besides the point.
Question time. Why do I read these books? They cause me so much emotional pain, but I read them anyway. The answer? Because I must. Because My mother handed me the books, and I, like most addicts, did not expect it to be so amazing. And I am most definitely a book junkie. Honestly if I stopped reading long enough, I would probably go into with drawl. But I will keep reading! because I love it, even if it kills me.  I wish I could read, but now I must enter the amazing world of Academia, which honestly isn't particularly amazing, mostly just mildly confusing, and/or boring.
Have a good day, and READ!

Shadow Hunters!!

Yep. I'm having a craving for Nephlim and sparkly warlocks. I really want to re read the Mortal Instruments. I already re read the Infernal Devices, but I have other things to read, and I just want to re read them. I mean, I have like, months before the movie, but I just want to read them now. Beautiful Creatures comes out in a few days. I hope it doesn't suck.
In other news, I am not doing anything interesting. There's a JJ sitting next to me, but that's not terribly interesting. I also have a cat trying to eat my chair. I'm listening to Evanescence. And typing... Yup.... Hitting buttons... So, how are you? Because I'm a potato. Well.... Yeah, I'm out of words. Good Day my fellow Earthlings, I apologize for being a short poster. Bye

My Hair Problem

So, we have Blondes, we have brunettes, we have Gingers, and we have..... People with black hair. They don't have nicknames. What do we call people with black hair? All the names that come to my mind are either childish, racist, or just plain disgusting.
With a cursory glance at Google, I have discovered that, people with black hair are in fact called, Brunette. The definition of brunette is, a person with brown or dark hair. Kind of boring, but we have our answer.

In other news, well... There's not much going on. mnjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjccccckiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

Reading.

It may be hard to believe, but when I was younger, I hated reading. Seriously. I did not like reading. I mean, I enjoyed some reading, little books only. And I wouldn't try big ones. One day, my book loving mother shoved at me a book and said "read this" I looked at her like she was crazy. That book was at least two inches thick! "I can't read this!" I exclaimed "it's too big!"
"You will read it, and you will like it" she told me.
So, I read it.
And it was amazing. I mean, how could I ever have been so naive as to not enjoy this?! That book changed my life forever. It opened me up to bigger books, and to the joy and freedom of reading. That book, as it has been for several other kids, was Harry Potter & the Sorcerer's Stone.
I am totally addicted to books now, and have been for several years. I think if I stopped reading, I would most likely go into withdrawal. I love reading, it's an escape from reality and I welcome it. I fall so deeply in love with the characters and worlds, I find it so utterly amazing that someone actually wrote it! It feels SO real. I read about a book a day, and sometimes two if they are smaller. I just can't stop. Why would I want to?
If you don't like reading, you simply haven't found your book yet. Keep trying. Eventually you'll find it. It may be a book your friend points out, a school project, a parental force, or just lack of anything else to do, but you'll find it. And then you'll understand, why this is so amazing, why I love it so much. I hope you find your book soon!
